Visiting Team and Spectator Policy

VISITING TEAM AND SPECTATOR POLICY

In order to ensure a safe environment at our athletic events, the following procedures must be followed:

• Note to Visiting Teams: Robert H. Goddard does not allow any student spectators from opposing teams.
• ONLY parents of players and cheerleaders from Robert H. Goddard High School are permitted to home games. Parents MUST accompany any family members.
• Only Alumni from the Robert H. Goddard High School are permitted entrance to home games.
• Girls Varsity Home games are scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM. Visiting teams should not arrive before 4:00 PM.
• Boys Varsity Home games are scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM. Visiting teams should not arrive before 4:30 PM.
• Robert H. Goddard High School Students must show proper school I.D. and an Accountability Form to be permitted entrance to Home Games. Accountability form, once signed, are Valid for 2 weeks.
• All teams must be accompanied by their coach.
• No more than three (3) managers are allowed to enter per visiting team, and two (2) coaches per visiting team.
• Managers and coaches must be on the official PSAL website roster. If they are not, they cannot enter.
• Visiting Coach is responsible for supervising their team at all times while they are in the building.
• Coach must accompany the team at all times within the facility. Coach must wait with the team to change and then escort them to the gym. Same procedure used for after the game. The visiting coach is responsible for escorting their team out of the building at the end of the game.
• No outside spectators are permitted to Home Games, aside from requirements above.
