Dear Parents and Students:
As you know, summer school is an opportunity for students who struggled academically to receive exemplary
instruction to earn the needed credits to be on track to graduate in 4-years.
Summer School will be held at Forest Hills High School (67-01 110th Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375)
Forest Hills is aligned to our annualized programming model which means students can take two classes and
earn four credits (rather than one class and two credits). This will provide our students with increased
opportunities to remain on track for graduation while providing a safe and nurturing environment where
students needs will be met.

Forest Hills High School is only approximately 5-miles from Goddard High School. When traveling to Forest
Hills High School you may consider the following travel options: You may take the Q11 bus transferring to the
Q38, Q60 or you may take the Q11 to the M or R subway line.
MetroCards will be given out on the first day of classes.
